Easy Everyday Makeup Routine - Product Breakdown-2

It may look like I use a lot of products for my everyday makeup routine, but it’s really easy! Some of the products are under $10 and are my holy grail. So, if you want to know which ones are, click ‘more’ to get reading!
Easy Everyday Makeup Routine - Product Breakdown

My Skin Type

I have combination skin. I’m only in the ‘T’ zone and get dry patches right under my bottom lip (thanks eczema). I’m also oily on my eyelids which I find quite odd. Does anyone else have this problem? haha

Step 1:

After washing my face, I prep my skin with this serum and this moisturizer. Rather than using a foundation primer, I prefer using these two little wonders. My initial thoughts on these products can be read here. After using them for six months, the serum is one of my holy grail products. (Don’t even get me started on the night time serum). I also use this roll-on eye cream to depuff my eyes.

Step 3:

Estee Lauder’s Double Wear Foundation stays on all day without having to blot my face. It’s semi-matte, so I’m not getting that super dry and flat makeup look. Throughout the day, I do notice it sticks to my dry patch, but it happens with all foundations I’ve tried. My favorite thing about this foundation is that it looks really natural for being medium coverage.

Step 4:

For bronzer I use this N.Y.C Color Wheel. It’s under $5 and works as well as designer bronzers I have! I’m a huge fan of Milani beauty products and this blush looks great on all skin types. It’s the perfect peachy color. It’s under $10! Of course, I can’t forget the glow and I love Becca’s Shimmering Skin press highlighter in Opal. One sweep on my cheekbones and they are so glowy!

Step 5:

For eyes, I use this mascara (not pictured) and this eyeliner. The mascara is so affordable and gives my lashes that long and thick look. If you are looking for a liner that gives you the perfect cat eye look, then you have to try out DHC’s liquid eyeliner. Oh my gosh, it glides on so nicely and has the perfect brush tip.

Step 6

I have really dry lips, so I recently have been using this lip conditioner. It has a nude/pink tint, so I wear it alone or I put it on top of my favorite lipstick from Milani.
